(If you can't tell I love game of thrones). I am not a spoiler free blog! I'm starting to tag my GoT spoilers but I'm pretty new at it. I tag all game of thrones posts as "game of thrones" and "got","s1","s2", or "s3" if its a show spoiler (the s# are seasons), "asoiaf" if its a book spoiler. I'm gonna try to tag by book (agot/acok/asos/affc/adwd), but its all kinda mushed up into one book for me now, so that may not work out too well.. If I don't know where the spoiler fits exactly i'll still tag it as asoiaf, just not the book.

Personally, if my art was bashed, I'd rather be told what can be done better in a nicer tone then just being praised. But that's my opinion. Good luck in your endeavor.

Debatable. If you just praise, nothing is being learned and you don't know what you have to do to get better. In fact, it has hurt people. Not saying it's wrong but it's not always right.

I suppose that’s true, but like I’ve answered people before, homestuckmakesmecry covered the things that they thought are bad. I covered the things that I thought were good. Now the artist has what is bad, and what is good.

"You are not giving anyone a real critique, I hope you know. That word would imply you actually gave them points to improve on instead of handing out mindless praise." This coming from the blog that didn't give anyone a real critique either and handed out mindless insults. Thank you so much for extending the warmth toward all the fledgling artists who may have been hurt by the cruelty of homestuckmakesmecry. You are a beautiful person, and I agree that they've had enough "critiquing" for one day

Yeah, I agree that it’s slightly hypocritical to say I’m not critiquing when just insulting isn’t critique either. But the insults and compliments together made a critique.
